JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for developing & implementing marketing strategies & plans based on business development strategy in order to maximize performance on market share, volume & profit in the most effective & efficient way. (includes : traditional market, modern market & online market)
- Identify & build business opportunities for strategic markets.
- Make a marketing plan for each promotion & sale, including negotiating product, price, merchandise & promotion. And most importantly, put the plan into implementation.
- Build & maintain good business relations with customers and future customers
- Monitor the business performance of the company's products compare to its competitors.
- Goal setting, coaching and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age max. 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from any major (Marketing major or Management business major is preferred).
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel/Word/Power Point)
- Job based in Bandung
- Willing to travel all around Indonesia

- Excellent negotiation skill in making good deals
